My name is Charlie and I am a Bible College Student at Boyce College and a member at Immanuel Baptist Church.

I presently serve the body of Christ by being a co-leader at a men’s ministry house. The purpose of the house is to provide Godly and gospel saturated influence on single men who are members of our church who need Christian community while battling addictions from their past lives.

There is nothing really special about myself. I am another trophy of the conquering grace of my Lord, Savior, Champion, Friend Jesus. He took one that was gladly working on behalf of the deceiver of the nations and made me a very son of God. He did these by crushing the Slander by His work. He invaded this earth in the incarnation, completely fulled the law that was demanded in the covenant that He made with Moses, Became the atoning, propitiatory sacrifice that satisfied divine justice, Rose again from the death to proclaim the accomplishment of His salvific mission.

By His gift of faith that came when He unveiled my eyes to the glory of God shining in the face of Jesus causing a new creation to initiate, united me to my Christ in mysterious union. His perfect obedience is my obedience before my Father, His justification is my justification, all the spiritual blessing in the heavenly places are mine in Christ. And now I live in the eschatological (end times) days where the promises of the New world have been inaugurated in Christ Jesus but await their full consummation when He will return again.

To sum up: It is all about Jesus! Or to us older language, Jesus is all in all!

The purpose of this blog is as followed:

  1. To post the thoughts and studies of other, much more godlier, people than myself.
  2. Have a place where I can post resources that I find so that you can use them for the increase of the kingdom.
  3. To share my own inquires and studies for the purpose of aiding other people and getting feed back to sharpen the rough edges of my studies and writing.
  4. And finally, to let you know about some major things that I am doing, like what conferences I am attending and such. My life is not all that exciting, just one desiring to be faithful in all that I do for the glory of Jesus the Christ.

Above all and encapsulating the previous list, I want to glorify my God by being of service to you by means of this blog. As long as I keep that focus in mind I believe that I can keep up with this. The more I lose focus of that the harder it is to keep posting things it seems.
