This is a rare TV interview of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. It is great to see the man in person and hear a little about his calling.
The actual interview starts around the 1:50 mark.
And if you would like to watch a short documentary on his life that I posted a while back you can go here.

Justin Holcomb, over at the Resurgence blog, has written short biographies of women who served their Lord in the Reformation. It is neat to see how God used these women in their service and zeal for Him in the ways which He did. Even though they did not post Theses on doors they did serve the Lord in what they could do.
If any of you remember, I posted a video of Zac Smith’s testimony about his battle with cancer a few a months ago. Zac is now with His heavenly Father.
From Justin Taylor’s blog,
Zac Smith is with Jesus. He fought the good fight of faith. He finished the race. He kept the faith. He’s entered into the joy of his Master. He didn’t waste his life, and he didn’t waste his cancer.
Please also remember in your prayers the family of Mary Pearson, wife of Desiring God board member Mitch Pearson and mother of four.
Jon Bloom writes:
O God, thank you for the life of Mary Pearson. Thank you especially that you gave her new life. Thank you for delivering her from the domain of darkness and transferring her to the kingdom of your beloved Son (Colossians 1:13), which she is now experiencing in a measure that just a few short hours ago she could not have even imagined. And have mercy on her precious husband and children. Sustain them as they endure the painful amputation of her presence and the difficult road ahead.
And, Father, we want your Son, Jesus, to return and bring all these tears and pain and death to an end. May it be soon! In Jesus’ name, amen.
“Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8).
Come quickly, Lord Jesus.
Here is the video of his testimony
A short Biography of one of the greatest preachers of the 20th century, Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones.
I was struck by the description that he preach expositionally and proclaimed the gospel clearly. He was forgoing the popular methods of comedy and other such emotional tricks so that he could present the glorious truths of the gospel to the minds of his hearers.
May I proclaim the riches truths of the gospel clearly and in total dependence to the Holy Spirit’s power as the Doctor did!
